Terms & Conditions of Sale
Delivery: 
Most UK orders are normally dispatched the following day and should arrive in 4-5 days. We will mail out to the billing address for your credit card. If paying by cheque, You should allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear. If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. We will e-mail you to advise that your item cannot be dispatched immediately. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait; or may wish to select another product instead. Our UK delivery fee for post & packing is £5 for mainland UK orders (£8 overseas). Please note there are no deliveries at weekends or on Bank Holidays. 

Security: 
Greypuss Jewellery has a safe and secure shopping system over the Internet. All your details are encrypted in the software when your order is placed. The details are only decrypted when they reach our computer network and are not held in clear text in storage mechanisms on any web-site. Personal details are only used to process your order and update you on offers/news from Greypuss Jewellery. You may e-mail us to cancel such updates. 
None of your financial details are stored and for your security you will be required to re-enter them each transaction. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system. Our aim is to safeguard and protect your details. 

Returns
We are confident you will be delighted with your goods. If for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods in a resalable condition. Please send in original packaging for exchange or refund within 7 working days. Please always enclose proof of purchase. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. We regret that they cannot be refunded. 
Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office or Courier when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged items, you will be offered an immediate replacement to the same value.

Prices are subject to changes in VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability. Greypuss Jewellery retains ownership of the property in the products until full payment is made and goods dispatched. All items are exclusive of delivery and packaging. 
Every care has been taken to provide accurate descriptions, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. Greypuss Jewellery shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. 
Your use of this site and any purchase is governed by Scots Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. 
All descriptions, illustrations, images, text, product information are the property of Greypuss Jewellery. No permission is given for use of any of the above. Any such use may be considered an infringement of the holder's rights. 
We are not responsible for the content of linked sites, nor have we carried out extensive review of such sites. We cannot be held responsible for such sites' contents not maintained by Greypuss Jewellery.
