Greypuss Jewellery is owned by Laura and Albert Balloch. We operate independently of any other jewellery chain or business. We aim to provide our customers with a range of mainly silver jewellery, which is different from that usually found on the average high street, sourcing our stock worldwide. We also aim to bring everyone quality at an affordable price. We deliberately keep our prices lower than our competitors, and provide every customer with a ‘no-quibble’ 30 day money back refund guarantee. We do not have a direct retail outlet, preferring to take our jewellery to customers, when we attend fairs, exhibitions, agricultural shows, highland games, and charity fundraisers. We also sell via party plan with our hostesses getting £50 to spend at their own party, irrespective of total sales or total number of guests. Hostesses can also receive an extra £25 commission when one of their guests books a party from their party.
At every event, customers are encouraged to try on pieces to ensure that the correct choice is being made. We welcome feedback in any form, as customer views play a major part in our company policy making decisions. The extra services we provide are:- Custom Made; We work closely with silversmiths and a goldsmith. They will make a piece to your exact specification. We have many happy customers who have had pieces made for them. Please contact us for more details as well as photos of previous custom made pieces.
Presentation & Giftwrap All our jewellery is presented in proper jeweller’s boxes, and it can also be giftwrapped if required.
